Now that Fat Tuesday is over, it’s time to refocus and reflect. Sometimes it’s easier when you are gently lead into this activity. Yoga does just that. You follow the directions of the yogi and voila, after 60 minutes of breathing, moving and stretching, you feel like a new kid. Here’s how I get my daily yoga fix.
