Nancy of OTCTNA will be there and she always has so many cool things to Buzz about! Sunday, March 1, 2009 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Oregon Nikkei Legacy Center for a Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day) reception and tea. Hinamatsuri is a Japanese holiday celebrating the happiness and prosperity of all the girls in the family. Girls are encouraged to dress in kimono at the reception. Co-sponsored by Portland-Sapporo Sister City Association. Take cute pictures!
