Gareth of Wales, my Welsh Terrier is tired of hearing about Bo, the new first dog. I have been told that JFK had a Welsh Terrier by a number of people but have also been informed it was really Caroline Kennedy who was the owner of Charlie. ThePoodle&TheDog did this writeup.
