The girls of Portland

These girls are worth seeing. (and guys too)

A-WOL Dance Collective is a group of kick ass girls (with a few guys to boot) that are preparing to bust the norm in their upcoming show, 3-6-9. A complilation of 9 choreographers in the fashion of 6-minute trios, this show brings together some incredible floor work, a bit of aerial dance and great music by artists such as Sigur Ros, Milosh, Emily Wells, and Apparat... just to name a few. Strength and style is their trademark and this is only the beginning of an intriguing 2009 season they have prepared for the adventurous Portland theater-goer.
