I was just agreeing with a friend that today is a great day for cooking or being creative. We were swapping recipes and talking about kitchen stuff like how to peel a potato. Pozole (or yes, Posole-?) is something I am looking to master... here is a picture of some yesterday from Cha! Cha! Cha! It feels good to make it yourself too- here is a Portland Pozole Recipe ! La Bonita (2839 NE Alberta, Portland) is amazing too for their family Pozole (ok Pozolli?), burritos, tacos and everything else they serve! The prices are great and it is local. More Pozole Please- (I mean, Posole?! )
