Who is behind the Breeze Block?

If you are in Portland Oregon and are frequenting the PDX Art Scene - you should know Breeze Block Gallery and more importantly know Paige Prendergast. She has locked arms and supported artist, arts organizations, and well connected. The Northwest is very lucky to have her talents.
